We’re shaking things up at Pulse Training to keep your workouts fresh, effective, and exciting! Starting soon, you’ll see a new weekly lineup designed to give you the perfect balance of strength, cardio, and hybrid training. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, boost endurance, or get the best of both worlds, there’s a class to match your goals every day of the week.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Mondays: Strength — Kick off the week by building power and muscle.

  • Tuesdays: Hybrid — A mix of strength and cardio for the ultimate full-body challenge.

  • Wednesdays: Strength — Double down on lifting and skill work.

  • Thursdays: Cardio — Heart-pumping sessions to improve stamina and burn calories.

  • Fridays: Strength — Yes, the 5:30 PM Friday class is BACK! Perfect for ending the week strong.

  • Saturdays: Hybrid (60 min) — A longer weekend workout for maximum results.

  • Sundays: 8:00 AM Strength & 9:00 AM Hybrid — Start your Sunday with a strong finish to the week.

We’re thrilled to bring back Friday at 5:30 PM so you can head into the weekend feeling unstoppable. This schedule gives you the flexibility to mix and match workouts based on your personal fitness goals, while still keeping the structure and variety you love at Pulse.
